Tumblr App Wishlist
I love the Tumblr app for iPhone. It’s definitely one of the best mobile apps for blogging. That said, there are two missing features that could really take it to the next level.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts. In addition to managing my own personal Tumblr blog, I also contribute to our church Tumblr. It would be great if I could manage both accounts from a single app. This is one of my favorite features of the Twitter for iPhone app. It allows me to manage my personal account and the three additional Twitter accounts that I contribute to.
- Ability to save posts as drafts. I often create posts that I don’t want to publish immediately. Sometimes it’s a thought that I feel needs some time to develop and sometimes it’s just a post that would be more appropriate or have more impact at a later date. I would love to be able to create posts within the app and then save them as drafts.
These two minor tweaks would be really great additions to an already great app.
